Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the cd77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

When registering your Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change.

cd77 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, provided that any verified real-money balance is returned to the Player via the original deposit method.

Your Account is personal to you and must not be transferred, assigned, or made accessible to any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you personally authorised the activity.

You must choose a strong, unique password for your Account and must not record it in an unsecured format. cd77 will never ask you for your password by email, telephone, or live chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

cd77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with responsible gaming obligations, prevent underage gambling, and protect against fraud and financial crime. You may be required to complete identity verification at any stage, including before a withdrawal is processed.

Standard KYC documentation may include one or more of the following:

cd77 does not charge withdrawal fees on the platform side. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Any such charges are the responsibility of the Player.

General bonus rules that apply to all cd77 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address;
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (wagering requirement) before any withdrawal can be made from an Account holding a Bonus Balance;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from the Account;
• cd77 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may contribute at different rates as specified in the promotion terms;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts;

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void where an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market is settled. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.

Cricket-Specific Rules: For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets, a match must complete the minimum number of overs required for a result to stand under the applicable competition rules (typically the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method for rain-affected matches). • Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or interruptions to the Platform that are beyond cd77's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from reliance on any information, odds, or statistics published on the Platform;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials;
• Losses arising from delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any indirect or consequential economic loss.

cd77's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, for any cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit cd77's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

By registering an Account with cd77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
